  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging (with all tags, seals, and accessories intact) to be eligible for a full refund. Used or damaged products (unless damaged during shipping) are not eligible for returns.
  • Final sale items (clearly marked on the product page) are non-returnable and non-refundable.

5.2 Return Process

  1. Request a Return Authorization (RA) number by emailing service@lushusadeals.com with your order number, product details, and reason for return. We will send you the RA number and return shipping instructions within 24 business hours.
  2. Package the products securely, include the RA number on the package, and ship to the address provided in the return instructions. We provide pre-paid shipping labels for eligible returns—you will not be charged for return shipping.
